Recently, we had the opportunity to demonstrate this commitment with one of our valued customers, Self Made Training Facility. They were experiencing issues with some of the lights we had provided in the past. Rather than trying to troubleshoot over the phone, we made the decision to drive out to their Long Beach location to assist them in person.
This hands-on approach made a huge impact. The customer appreciated our dedication so much that they decided to purchase 10 new lights to outfit their gym. To further solidify this trust, we returned the following week and installed the lights at no charge. This not only helped close another sale but also fostered confidence in our company’s commitment to service.
Our team also took advantage of this opportunity to capture photos and videos of the installation process, providing invaluable content for future use. The real takeaway, though, is that by going the extra mile, we earned the customer’s trust and strengthened the foundation of our ongoing partnership.
