As Wayfair supplier, we provide manufacturer warranty to protect our mutual customer. After 30 days from customer receipt, the manufacturer’s warranty would take effect and we will be responsible for associated costs.

  • Warranty Duration

    • All our LED products come with a limited warranty of at least 12 months and, in many cases, up to five years. Please refer to the specific product page for detailed warranty information.

  • Warranty Validity

    • The warranty is valid only for manufacturing defects or product failures when the products are correctly used for their intended applications.
    • If an issue arises with a product, a technician from our support team will diagnose the problem.
    • Customers must provide pictures and videos of the product to claim the warranty.
    • Technical support is available by phone, chat, and email.

  • Return Policy

    • According to our return policy, the return is at the buyer's cost if initiated for reasons other than a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is covered by the warranty and the claim is made after 30 days of receipt, customers will need to return the product at their own cost.
    • We will replace and ship the product for free once the returned product is received.
